Our story
A roastery, and a coffee school, in Tokyo.
Tasse is a working specialty-coffee roastery and an SCA training space in Takadanobaba, Tokyo. We roast single-origin coffee to order — and we teach the people who drink it how to taste, brew and roast it.
Buy and learn

We also teach you to taste it.
Every bag you brew at home, you can also learn to brew, score and roast — through hands-on Experience Workshops and the internationally-certified SCA Coffee Skills Program, in English, Japanese & Chinese.
